ClipPush

Affiliate programme

Terms for sharing ClipPush.

Effective 7 September 2026. Version 2026-09-07-50.

1. Joining

You must hold a ClipPush account, provide accurate details and accept these terms. We may pause or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse or conduct that could harm ClipPush or its customers.

2. Qualifying referrals

A qualifying referral is a new customer who first visits through your unique link and starts a paid subscription within 30 days. Attribution is first-touch. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and existing paid customers do not qualify.

3. Commission

You earn 50% of eligible subscription revenue actually received for the first 12 months of a referred customer’s paid subscription, capped at £120 or the equivalent in their billing currency per customer. Taxes, refunded amounts, credits and disputed payments do not earn commission.

4. Holds and payouts

Commission remains pending for 30 days. Available balances of at least £50 or the equivalent are paid monthly through Stripe, subject to successful identity and payout verification. You are responsible for your own taxes and any information required by Stripe.

5. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Future commission stops when a referred subscription ends. Refunds, credits, chargebacks and disputes can void pending commission. If the related commission has already been paid, the amount can be deducted from future commission or recovered where legally permitted.

6. Promotion rules

Do not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, cookie stuffing or incentives that hide the nature of the referral. Do not bid on ClipPush or confusingly similar brand keywords in paid search, register domains that imitate ClipPush, or present yourself as an employee or official representative of ClipPush.

7. Changes and closure

We may update the programme for future referrals with reasonable notice. We may withhold or void commission connected to fraud or a breach of these terms. Either party can end participation at any time. Valid, payable commission accrued before closure remains subject to these terms.
