Privacy policy
This policy explains what ClipPush collects, why it is needed and the choices available to you.
ClipPush is operated by Fear Army Limited, trading as Insane Rabbit Labs. Fear Army Limited is the controller for the personal data described in this policy.

If you join the waiting list, we store your email address and the date you joined. This does not create a ClipPush account.
We collect account details such as your email address, login records and workspace membership. We also process the clips, episode files, transcripts, thumbnails, campaign copy and scheduling instructions you submit.
When you connect a social account, we receive its platform name, account identifier, display name, handle, profile image, permissions and access credentials. We record publishing jobs, provider responses and supported post analytics so that you can see what happened.
We collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timestamps, error details, browser or device information and IP addresses contained in infrastructure logs.
We use waiting list addresses to let people know when account registration opens. To leave the list, email clippush@insanerabbit.com.
We use account, workspace and content data to provide the service you ask for. This includes storing media, analysing clips, preparing copy, managing approvals, scheduling releases, publishing through connected accounts and showing available analytics. Our lawful basis is performance of our contract with you or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
We use security, diagnostic and service records where necessary for our legitimate interests in preventing abuse, fixing faults, protecting accounts and improving ClipPush. We use consent where the law requires it, including for any future non-essential cookies or direct marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your media remains your content. ClipPush gives short-lived, private access to stored files only when a requested workflow needs it. If you ask ClipPush to analyse or transcribe content, the relevant audio, transcript or instructions may be sent to our configured AI service provider to produce that result. AI output can be wrong, so every caption and release remains under your review before approval.
ClipPush uses official platform interfaces to connect accounts and perform actions you approve. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are not available to other workspace members in plain text. Each social platform acts under its own privacy policy when it receives content or provides account and analytics data.
You can disconnect an account from the Connections page. This removes the ClipPush connection and stops future use of its saved credentials. Content already published on a social platform must normally be managed on that platform.
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, private media storage, AI processing, transactional email, error monitoring and product operation. Current core providers include Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI and the social platforms you choose to connect. We share only the data needed for the relevant service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a genuine business reorganisation. We do not sell your personal data.
Some providers and social platforms process data outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards, we rely on an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards provided by the relevant supplier. Contact us if you would like more information about the safeguard used for a particular service.
We keep waiting list addresses until the launch announcement has been sent or you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.
Account, workspace, clip and campaign data is kept while your account is active and until you delete it or ask us to do so, subject to legal, security and backup requirements. Completed or failed full-episode source files are scheduled for removal after seven days. Abandoned full-episode uploads are scheduled for removal after 24 hours. Social credentials are kept until the connection is removed or expires.
Security, diagnostic and publishing records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve faults, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup cycle rather than restored to active use.
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data, or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email clippush@insanerabbit.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
ClipPush uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, maintain security and preserve the requested application flow. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will explain them and request consent where required.
We use access controls, encrypted credentials and private media links designed to limit unauthorised access. No online service is completely risk free. Please use a strong password and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may update this policy when ClipPush, our suppliers or the law changes. We will change the effective date and provide a prominent notice where a change materially affects your rights. Questions and data requests can be sent to clippush@insanerabbit.com.
