1. About ClipPush

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for giving workspace access only to people authorised to act for you or your organisation.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use ClipPush for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of your clips, episode files, audio, transcripts, thumbnails, brands and other material. You give us a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, process, adapt and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service or comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights, releases and permissions needed to upload, analyse and publish your content, including music, footage, performances, trade marks and personal data. You must not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

4. Connected accounts and publishing

ClipPush acts on the social accounts you choose to connect. You confirm that you are authorised to connect each account and publish to it. A connection alone does not approve a release. You remain responsible for reviewing captions, destinations, dates, audience settings and other release details before approval.

Social platforms can reject, delay, restrict, remove or alter content under their own terms and technical limits. ClipPush cannot guarantee delivery, reach, engagement or continued access to any platform interface. A successful ClipPush job means the provider accepted the request, not that a platform guarantees permanent availability.

5. AI-assisted features

ClipPush may use automated systems to transcribe content, identify moments and draft titles, captions or schedules. These outputs may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional advice. You must review them and remain responsible for anything you approve or publish.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse ClipPush, bypass plan or security controls, probe other accounts, introduce malware, overload the service, scrape it without permission or use it to send spam. You must not use ClipPush to violate law, another person's rights or a connected platform's rules.

7. Plans and payment

Free and early-access limits may change as the service develops. Paid checkout is not active at the effective date of these terms. Before paid plans open, ClipPush will show the total price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation process and any applicable consumer cancellation information before payment. We will not charge a card merely because you create an account or select a plan on the current site.

8. Availability and changes

ClipPush is provided on an evolving basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature, especially where a platform changes its interface or approval rules. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical, but may act immediately to protect users, comply with law or respond to a provider restriction.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using ClipPush and disconnect social accounts at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to address security risk, unlawful use, serious breach, provider requirements or harm to the service or other people. We will normally explain the reason unless law or security prevents it.

Sections intended by their nature to continue after termination, including ownership, responsibility and liability provisions, will continue to apply.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by a social platform or loss caused by content, settings or instructions you supplied or approved. Business users are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important source content and records.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Business disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as ClipPush changes. We will change the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the service before it takes effect.
