The API key form uses an example name and stops before creating a key. Public REST and MCP documentation is shown. No key is revealed and no client is authorised.

Transcript and steps

  1. 01

    Choose API permissions

Owners and admins can open Developer API in Settings. Give the key a name and select only the scopes your service needs. The complete secret is shown once after creation, so keep it securely on your server. This example stops before creating access.
  2. 02

    Follow the REST reference

Use the REST API reference for authentication, upload reservation, file transfer and release requests. Begin with a read-only account check. Creation requests should use an idempotency key so a retry can return the original result.
  3. 03

    Connect an AI client

For compatible AI software, follow the MCP setup guide and add ClipPush's endpoint. Sign in, check the client and requested access, then start with a read-only request. AI clients can prepare drafts but cannot approve or publish campaigns. Manage existing grants in Settings.
