Transcript and steps
- 01
Open the release thumbnail
Open an editable campaign and choose a release. Select Create AI thumbnail to open its thumbnail workspace. Each release has its own brief, so the image can reflect that clip rather than the campaign as a whole. - 02
Write a useful brief
Check what the clip is about, the headline and visual direction. Keep the headline short enough to read on a phone. Turn off Include title on thumbnail if you want artwork without lettering. Check the selected show and episode references. - 03
Review before using
Generate creates an image for review; it does not approve the campaign. Inspect faces, lettering and framing, then choose the version you want. Cover support differs by platform. In particular, YouTube Shorts covers need separate attention in YouTube Studio. No image is generated in this guide.
