   Check the sync

   Open Inbox under Monitor. Check Last synced before expecting new activity, then use Sync inbox when you want to retrieve supported updates. Which comments or messages are available depends on the platform, account permissions and your plan.

   Find the conversation

   Choose Comments or Messages where available, then use a platform filter to narrow the list. Open a conversation and check the originating post and account before writing. The guide excludes existing conversations from view.
3. 03

   Review your reply

   Write the response in the reply box, then read it once more. Send reply, or Command or Control and Enter, submits it to the platform. This example is left unsent. Check the result in the conversation after sending your own reply.
