Does uploading a video publish it?
No. Uploading creates a private workspace asset. Publishing begins only after a campaign has been reviewed and approved.
Can I publish the same video to several platforms?
Yes. Add the clip and connected destinations to one campaign. ClipPush creates a separate release variant for each destination.
Why can’t I connect a platform shown in the list?
A platform marked Coming soon is visible for roadmap clarity but is not enabled for live connections. A Beta integration can also depend on provider credentials, app review and account eligibility.
Does ClipPush store my social password?
No. Supported platforms use official authorisation flows. ClipPush stores encrypted access tokens required for the connection, not your provider password.
What is Auto Clips?
Auto Clips turns one full podcast, interview or long-form video into short vertical clips. ClipPush transcribes the source, finds complete moments, identifies the active speaker and creates ready-to-review 9:16 clips.
Where do I upload a video for Auto Clips?
Open Auto Clips in the dashboard, create or choose an episode, then upload the full recording there. Do not use the Clips batch uploader, which is for finished short-form edits.
How many Auto Clips can I make, and how long can they be?
Choose 1 to 10 clips with a maximum length of 30 seconds, 1 minute or 2 minutes. ClipPush only offers combinations that fit the source without repeating the same section.
What video can I use with Auto Clips?
Auto Clips accepts MP4, MOV and WebM source videos up to two hours or 5 GB. Landscape 16:9 recordings work best. The original is removed after seven days, while the generated clips remain in your library.
Are AI-generated captions published automatically?
No. Generated copy is a draft. Review and edit each platform variant before approving the campaign.
Why are some analytics fields blank?
Platforms expose different metrics and permissions. A blank field can mean that the provider does not supply that metric for the account or post type.
What happens if a scheduled post fails?
The platform job is marked failed and keeps the provider message. Check the account connection, source asset and platform limit before retrying.
Can an AI assistant publish through MCP?
No. The MCP connector can inspect, upload, analyse, draft and organise supported work. Campaign approval and publishing remain inside ClipPush.
Where do I create API keys?
Owners and admins can create workspace-scoped API keys in Settings under Developer API. The complete secret is shown once.
