Getting started

Upload a clip, then prepare the release.

Bring in a finished video, review its analysis and prepare platform-specific drafts. Nothing publishes until you approve it.

Before you upload

Create a show and connect at least one destination. Portrait video is recommended for short-form platforms, but each provider applies its own duration and file-size limits.

Upload and campaign workflow

  1. 01

    Upload the video

Open Clips, choose the show and select one or several video files.
  2. 02

Wait for the clip to become ready

ClipPush verifies the transfer and prepares the source and thumbnail assets used in the campaign workspace.
  3. 03

    Analyse the content

Create the transcript and initial caption context, then check that it represents the clip accurately.
  4. 04

    Create a campaign

Choose the clip, connected destinations, campaign goal, start date and publishing cadence.
  5. 05

    Generate or write the copy

Create platform-specific drafts with ClipPush or write every caption, title and mention yourself.
  6. 06

    Review and approve

Inspect the release rail and individual platform variants. Approval is the point at which work enters the queue.

After approval

The Queue records each platform job independently. A release can be queued, processing, published or failed. Open a failed job for the provider message before retrying or changing the destination.
