Transcript and steps

  1. 01

    Describe the voice and audience

Open Brand under Setup, choose your show and select Voice. Describe how the show should sound and who it is speaking to. A short, specific brief is more useful than a string of adjectives.
  2. 02

    Set the writing preferences

Choose the caption length and level of emoji use. Add phrases to avoid and a few approved example captions. The preview shows the profile's shape; it is not a newly generated caption.
  3. 03

    Save, then review drafts

Add a natural call to action and any relevant hashtag defaults, then save the voice profile. These settings guide future drafts. Facts still come from the clip and campaign context, and each caption remains yours to review. This example is not saved.
