Video guides

Follow the publishing workflow from your first show to your results. Each screen walkthrough includes captions and a written transcript.

Choose a guide

  1. Add a show or brand
  2. Upload clips: the controls and next steps
  3. Create an episode
  4. Create a campaign and review its options
  5. Use the publishing calendar
  6. Read the publishing queue
  7. Understand your analytics

New to ClipPush? Start with signup or Telegram setup. Creation walkthroughs stop before saving, and the upload guide explains rather than records the file transfer. Each video states exactly what is shown.

Add a show or brand

0:46. Name your show, choose a publishing type and set its timezone.

Open this screen in your workspace to follow along.

Example form entries only. The Create show button is explained but not submitted.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Read the transcript: Add a show or brand

Open Shows in the sidebar. A show or brand keeps related clips together. Enter a recognisable name, such as the title of your podcast.

Choose the publishing type: Podcast, YouTube channel, Brand or Creator content. Podcast and YouTube shows can also have episodes. This setting does not connect a social account.

Check the timezone. Use a region and city, such as Europe slash London. Your campaign has its own timing controls, so check those again before scheduling.

When the details are right, select Create show. The saved show will appear in this workspace and in your upload choices. This demonstration stops before saving the example.

Upload clips: the controls and next steps

0:50. Find the upload area, choose the right show and understand what happens after selecting your files.

Open this screen in your workspace to follow along.

The upload controls are recorded on screen. File selection, transfer progress and a completed upload are explained, not demonstrated. No file is uploaded in this walkthrough.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Read the transcript: Upload clips: the controls and next steps

Open Clips from the sidebar. This is the library for finished videos. Start by checking Attach to, so the upload belongs to the right show or brand.

Choose clips opens your file picker. Select one video or several, or drag files into this area. MP4 is preferred. MOV and WebM are accepted where compatible.

Selecting files starts their upload. Keep the page open and check each progress row. You can retry a failed item. This guide shows the controls only, not a file transfer.

After upload, the clips appear in your library. You can attach them to an episode or choose them for a campaign. Uploading a clip does not publish it to social media.

Create an episode

0:50. Keep a source episode's title, guest, description and release links together.

Open this screen in your workspace to follow along.

The form uses example details and is not submitted. Attaching clips after creation is explained rather than demonstrated.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Read the transcript: Create an episode

Open Episodes and choose a podcast or YouTube show. Add the episode title and, if useful, its number. An episode groups the source story and the clips taken from it.

Add the guest, release date and a useful description. These details give your campaign context. An episode's release date is not the same thing as a social post's scheduled time.

Expand Release links for YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and your website. Use the real destination for this episode. You can leave an optional link blank if it is not available yet.

Select Create episode when you are ready, then open it to attach existing clips or upload more. This example stops before submission. Creating an episode does not schedule social posts.

Create a campaign and review its options

1:50. Work through caption guidance, dates, frequency, platforms, mentions, clip selection and the review stage.

Open this screen in your workspace to follow along.

The new campaign form is not submitted. The final scene shows an existing campaign's review controls, not a campaign created by this demonstration. No captions, schedules or approvals are changed.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Read the transcript: Create a campaign and review its options

Open Campaigns. Choose the show or brand, link an episode if needed, and give the campaign a clear name. A campaign brings several clips into one release plan.

Optional caption guidance lets you specify the series, format, participants, subject and publishing voice. Only change what needs explaining. Blank fields are filled from the available episode and clip context.

Set the start date, posting time and timezone. Frequency can be every day, weekdays, every other day, or selected weekdays. The last option lets you choose individual days, such as Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Select the publishing platforms you want. Only connected accounts appear here. Each selected platform gets its own caption and queue job. Connection and publishing availability can differ between platforms.

Mention people in the caption lets you add the exact handles for the selected platforms. Separate them with spaces or commas. Instagram mentions are not collaborator invitations. Check the handles again during review.

Choose your clips. Episode clips narrows the list to the linked episode; All clips shows the selected show's uploads. Switch between grid and list views, then select the clips you want included.

Create campaign prepares the plan for review. We are not submitting this example. Creation and approval are separate steps: inspect the generated content before you approve any publishing.

Here is an existing campaign's review screen. Check each release's date, time and platform copy. Save any edits, review every release, and approve only when the destinations and content are right. Approval creates publishing jobs.

Use the publishing calendar

0:53. Move between months, inspect an approved release and find the quick-edit controls.

Open this screen in your workspace to follow along.

Empty months and an existing release are shown. The quick-edit form is opened but nothing is saved. The recording excludes the account sidebar and other scheduled releases.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Read the transcript: Use the publishing calendar

Open Calendar to see approved releases in their publishing slots. Draft campaigns do not appear here. An empty month means there are no approved releases scheduled for that month.

Use the arrows to move between months. Today returns to the current month. Each release groups its selected platforms, while the queue tracks the separate publishing jobs.

Select a release to inspect its platforms, publishing date, time and copy. This is an existing release, opened for inspection. A scheduled release is not proof that every platform has published successfully.

Where available, Quick edit opens the date, time, title and caption fields. Save changes applies an edit; Edit in campaign opens the wider review screen. Nothing is changed in this demonstration.

Read the publishing queue

1:08. Understand campaign ordering, platform statuses, failed-job filters and TikTok's Draft sent result.

Open this screen in your workspace to follow along.

Existing job statuses are shown read-only. No job is retried, cancelled or published. Other campaign details are cropped out.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Read the transcript: Read the publishing queue

Open Queue to follow publishing after a campaign is approved. One video can have several platform jobs, and each job has its own status. Check the individual results, not just the campaign.

Choose a campaign from the campaign queue. Newest first and Oldest first change the order of the list. Open campaign takes you back to its release plan and review controls.

Each platform row shows its scheduled time, status and attempt count. Queued is waiting; Processing is in progress; Retrying means another attempt is pending. Published confirms that platform job completed.

Use the status filters to find failed or waiting jobs. If a job fails, read its error and fix the cause before using Retry. No failed posts applies only to the selected campaign and filter.

TikTok is an important exception. Draft sent means the upload was delivered to TikTok for you to finish there. It does not mean the video is publicly live. Complete the remaining steps in TikTok.

Understand your analytics

1:01. Choose a reporting period, read the summary and understand platform coverage and missing metrics.

Open this screen in your workspace to follow along.

Account names and performance figures are hidden in the recording. No replacement figures are invented. Refresh and reconnection are explained but not triggered.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Read the transcript: Understand your analytics

Open Analytics for results from posts published through ClipPush. Choose seven, twenty-eight or ninety days. The period selects which published posts are included, not a promise that every platform supplies the same data.

The summary shows views, engagements, posts tracked and the last sync. Performance figures are hidden in this recording. Check Last sync before comparing results. On-demand refresh depends on your plan.

Performance by platform separates each network's available results. Not available is different from zero. Some platforms do not report particular metrics, so avoid treating missing data as poor performance.

Connected data sources explains coverage and whether a connection needs attention. Top performing clips helps you compare individual posts. Use these together: a missing metric may reflect platform access, not the quality of your clip.

Create your ClipPush workspace

This walkthrough shows the account setup planned for launch. Registration is currently closed. You can join the waiting list for an update when it opens.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. Example details only; this demonstration stops before submitting the form. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Here is how to create your ClipPush workspace. You can start for free, without a credit card.

Enter your name and email address. Use an email address you can access, as you may need it to confirm your account.

Next, choose a password with at least eight characters. Read the terms of service and privacy policy, then select Create workspace when you are ready.

You can also sign up with Google. If you already have an account, choose Sign in instead. Once you are set up, the Getting started guide walks you through connecting a social account and uploading your first video.

Add a Telegram channel

48 seconds. See the Telegram setup form in Connections, the bot permissions you need and where to enter your public channel username. Open Connections to follow along once you're signed in.

Recorded on 16 September 2026. The Add channel form is already open. The example username is not submitted, and Telegram's administrator setup is explained rather than demonstrated. No account permissions are changed. Narration is AI-generated using OpenAI's Marin voice.

Read the Telegram guide transcript

In your workspace, open Connections and find Telegram. Choose Add channel to open this form. Telegram connections use public channels, rather than personal chats.

Before connecting, add the ClipPush Publishing Bot as an administrator of your Telegram channel, with permission to post messages. The exact bot username is shown below the field.

Back in ClipPush, enter your public channel username, including the at sign. This is an example only. When your bot permissions and channel username are ready, select Connect channel.

We are stopping before that step in this guide, so no account is changed. Connecting a channel does not publish a post. You will choose the channel when you prepare a release.

Read the Telegram guide for supported media and publishing requirements.
